VACDL will apply for 6.0 live-interactive MCLE credits for this 2-day program. The CLE program will run from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. on Friday, August 20th and 9:00 a.m. -12 p.m. on Saturday, August 21st.  A coffee break will be provided for CLE attendees on both days, and lunch will be on your own after the conclusion of the day's lectures. The speaker roster is still to be determined, but the educational component will be superb, as always!

Accommodations: VACDL has reserved a block of Alcove rooms for attendees at the M Social Hotel Paris (Millenium Opera Paris), located at 12 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009, Paris, France, at a price point of around $300 per night (including VAT, but not including City Tax), which includes a breakfast buffet and a cancellation option through June 19, 2027.  The booking link will be provided on this page shortly, and attendees are responsible for securing their own reservations.

The arrangement and payment of costs for transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the individual attendee. Attendees are encouraged to book rooms within VACDL's block at the M Social but VACDL cannot guarantee availability for all attendees if the block fills quickly.

Additionally, only the food/beverage specifically mentioned in the event description (reception, dinner cruise, walking food/wine tour, coffee breaks) will be included in your registration fee. All other meals and incidentals are the responsibility of the individual attendee.

VACDL cannot make any guarantees about weather, safety, labor strikes, health concerns or any other potential circumstances or global events that might impact one's ability to travel to Paris in August 2027.  In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the entire Paris 2027 CLE program, we will issue refunds of all paid registration fees, minus a $50 fee to offset the credit card processing expense.

All registrant-initiated cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing only, by email to vacdlawyers@gmail.com, no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 30, 2027 to receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administrative/credit card processing fee. After April 30, 2027, refund requests made by the attendee will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be granted.

Registrants must pay by credit card online. All registration fees must be paid in full no later than April 30, 2027, and all registration form options will be locked on April 30, 2027 as well. Tickets to the group events are being purchased months in advance so last-minute additions or alterations to your registration preferences cannot be accommodated.
