VACDL's Spring Seminar 2022 will be held in Classroom 120* of the Darden School of Business [100 Darden Boulevard, Charlottesville, VA 22903] on Friday, April 1, 2022.   [*the classroom number has changed as of 3/28/22]

   This program will be presented as a hybrid event: we will allow up to 60 in-person attendees in Charlottesville, and an unlimited number of virtual attendees, via Zoom. Pursuant to the new 3/25/22 guidance from the University of Virginia regarding campus safety, masks will not be required but instead will be strongly encouraged. Breakfast, lunch and other refreshments will be provided to attendees throughout the program. 

3.30.22 VIRTUAL REGISTRATION IS STILL OPEN. If you wish to attend in person, you must email our Executive Director at vacdlawyers@gmail.com.

On 3.31.22 all registrations must be handled by emailing the Executive Director, and approval is not guaranteed.

 Board Meeting and Reception: On Thursday, March 31, 2022, the VACDL Board of Directors will meet in the Boardroom at the Hyatt Place Charlottesville [2100 Bond Street, Charlottesville, VA 22901] from 4-5:30 p.m. All VACDL members in good standing are welcome to attend the Board Meeting, but please inform our Executive Director, Danielle Payne, if you plan to attend so that she can ensure sufficient seating in the meeting room.  *Masks may be required in the Conference space for the Board Meeting*

  We will also host a small "happy hour" style reception in the private dining room at Burton's Grill [2010 Bond Street, Charlottesville, VA 22901 (within The Shops at Stonefield)] from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022 which will be open to all Spring CLE registrants, speakers and special guests. *All COVID-19 protocols for Burton's Grill will be followed; please have a mask on hand to wear in the event current regulations require same*

Parking: For Friday's seminar, parking is available on campus, in the designated parking garage, D10.

Materials will be emailed (via Dropbox link) to attendees during the week of the seminar, along with the Zoom Link for virtual attendees.  

This course is pending approval for 6.0 live-interactive CLE credits, including 1 ethics credit.

Lunch and refreshment breaks on Friday, as well as the Thursday Happy Hour, are all included with the tuition fee.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing only, by email to vacdlawyers@gmail.com, no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2022 to receive a refund of the tuition less a $25 administrative fee.

Registrants may pay by credit card online. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CHECKS OR CASH AS METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR THIS PROGRAM.  There will be NO walk-in registrations; all registration fees must be paid in advance of the program.
