Non-attorney Staff Tuition – $125.00
Staff must accompany a VACDL member to the seminar; may not attend the seminar on attorney's behalf
Non-member Public Defender Tuition – $155.00

Non-Member Regular Tuition – $225.00
$25 Late registration fee waived for local attorneys!
VACDL Public Defender Member Tuition – $125.00

This course is pending approval for 6 CLE credits, including 1 ethics credit.

Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks are all included with the tuition fee.

The seminar fee increases by $25 for all registrations received after October 12, 2018.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing only, by email to vacdlawyers@gmail.com, no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2018 to receive a full refund of the tuition less a $25 administrative fee

On Thursday, October 25, 2018 the VACDL Board of Directors will meet from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Jefferson room of the Renaissance Hotel. Immediately following, VACDL will host a cocktail and awards reception from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Admiral Room/Terrace, also at the Renaissance Hotel.

VACDL's Annual Meeting will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Friday, October 26, 2018. Our seminar will begin immediately after the conclusion of the Annual Meeting. VACDL's Fall CLE is partially sponsored by the Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company and by Smart Start, Inc.

This year's seminar lineup includes presentations on pretrial investigations, probation violations, discovery and preliminary hearings in General District Court from the Judicial perspective, CCAP and DOC programs, ethical considerations in your daily criminal defense practice, and the application of Starrs v.
